How it works
Built around you. Kept running for you.
Every assistant moves through the same four steps, and stays in a relationship after. You're in the loop from the first conversation; it earns what it's allowed to do on its own.
Discover / Talk
↓ feeds phase 02
A real understanding of your week.
We start by listening: what your days actually look like, what eats your time, what you'd hand off tomorrow if you could, and where you'd always want to be asked first.
You come away knowing what an assistant would realistically take off your plate — including the honest answer if it wouldn't help much.
Commercial shape — A conversation to scope it — free
The first conversation is free and low-pressure: we work out together what's worth handing off before anyone commits. If it's worth building, we scope the setup and state the price up front — no figures from a form, and no obligation to go ahead.
Design / Plan
↓ feeds phase 03
What it does — and what it never does without you.
The conversation becomes a plan: what your assistant takes on first, which of your accounts it touches, what it can do on its own, and what always asks you first.
You decide where the gates sit. Nothing connects or acts until you've signed off on the plan.
Commercial shape — A fixed-scope setup
Setting your assistant up — connecting your tools, building your routines, and defining what's gated — is a one-time engagement with the scope and price agreed before we start. You know what it costs before we build anything.
Build / Switch on
↓ feeds phase 04
Switched on gated — you watch before it acts.
We build your assistant against your real accounts and switch it on with every outward action gated to your approval, so you see it work before it does anything on its own.
It earns autonomy the same way a good assistant would: one kind of task at a time, once you've seen it get them right.
Commercial shape — Setup completes when it works for you
Setup is done when your assistant is actually handling what you signed up for — not at a demo. If it isn't doing the job, it isn't finished.
Keep it running
It keeps working as your life changes.
Models change, your routines change, your calendar fills differently. We keep your assistant tuned and working, widen what it handles as you trust it, and stay the people behind it.
You can read everything it's done, any time — and it's yours to pause or stop whenever you like.
Commercial shape — A simple monthly service
Once it's live, it's a flat monthly service for as long as you want it: we keep it running, widen its remit as you trust it, and there's no lock-in. Cancel whenever — it's your assistant.
Service, simply
One monthly service. The difference is how much it runs.

What it costs, plainly
How the money works.
- 1
A scoping conversation — free — we work out what's worth handing off before anyone commits.
- 2
A one-time setup — fixed-scope, priced up front — connecting your tools and building your assistant.
- 3
A monthly service — flat, for as long as you want it — we keep it running and widen what it handles as you trust it.
It starts with a conversation, not a contract — and the honest answer if an assistant won't actually help.
